Change Management Process
To assure the project completion according to the requirements of our client, we base the change management process on the Project Diamond, which consists of 4 elements: time, scope, quality and costs:

During the project development process, in order to guarantee success, we ask our client to change not more than three elements of the Diamond at one time. If our client, for example, asks us to increase the project scope and quality, it will increase the project development time and/or costs.

The process of change management in Lonus is visualised in the following figure:

The response time to the client’s change request usually takes from 1 hour to 1 week, depending on the nature of the required change.

After the client has requested a change, the Lonus change group will determine the effects on the rest of the Diamond. If the effects are approved by the client, the change is implemented.
