Iterative Project Process
The development process in Lonus is based on an Iterative project model as opposed to the classical Waterfall process. The following figure presents a simplified version of the Lonus iterative project model:

The iterative modeling process is embedded in the continuous process of analysis, innovation and execution, with each iteration implementing and putting into practice predictable and repeatable project development procedures.
